About

We are a learning community in San Francisco, focusing on machine learning, data science, and related topics.

Most meetings involve participants presenting their solutions to a problem, with the rest of the group discussing and collaborating on the problem. It helps to come having completed the suggested reading and attempted the problems, but nobody is expected to have it all figured out.

The group is organized by Andrew, who has a background in mathematics and currently works as a data scientist.

Join Us

We also have a discussion thread for working through problems in between meetings.

If you're interested in joining, send me a short email — who you are, your background, and what you're hoping to get out of the group. I'll add you to the chat from there.
